How to move your show
Step 1. Create an account.
Create your account here, if you haven't already.
Step 2. Import your podcast
The first page you'll be brought to after creating your account will prompt you to Create New Show or Import existing Show.
If your podcast has already been submitted to Apple Podcasts, you can easily search for the podcast and select it for import.
Otherwise, you'll need to retrieve your RSS feed URL in the input field.
Step 3. Redirect your show
Log in to your iVoox Podcaster dashboard.
Go to Content and select your show.
Click Edit show (or the "Manage" gear icon).
Scroll to RSS feed settings.
Click Change feed and paste your Acast RSS feed URL into the Redirect URL box.
Click Request change.
Note: iVoox does not have an automated turnaround time. A human agent often reviews these requests, which can take 2–5 business days.
Step 4: Manually Update Apple and Spotify (CRITICAL)
Because iVoox redirects can be "soft" (they might forward a browser but not necessarily signal a permanent move to other apps), you should manually update the big directories to ensure zero downtime.
Spotify: Log in to Spotify for Creators and update your RSS feed URL to the Acast one immediately.
Apple: Log in to Apple Podcasts Connect and ensure your new Acast URL is listed in the "URL" field for your show.
If there are other platforms that are important for your show, please reach out to them directly to help you with the redirect from iVoox.
How to Confirm Your Redirect is Working
Open your web browser and enter the address of your old iVoox URL, and hit enter. If the redirect is working, you will be taken automatically to your new Acast feed URL.
If you are not taken to this new Acast feed URL, then wait ten minutes, clear your browser cache (or open in incognito/private mode) and try again.

Remember: it’s important that you keep your iVoox account for a month after switching to ensure that the redirect is successful.
