Receiving the email invite to complete your PIF

Once you join Marketplace, our team will send you an email invitation to complete your PIF. If you haven’t received an email, reach out to support@acast.com and let us know which email address we should invite. NOTE - make sure this is the contact who handles finances for your show.

Below is the copy of the invite email you will receive:

Once you have received the email invite you will need to complete the following steps.

  1. Redeem the link by clicking on “get started” or “log in here”.

  2. Create a login and 2-factor authentication (for security purposes).

  3. Fill out the details and click save.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation that the financial details have been updated.

Finding the PIF in your dashboard

If you don't receive the email invite or you need to update your bank information in the future, your PIF can be found within your Acast dashboard. Go to your user settings and from the drop-down menu choose Payout Settings.

If this is your first time setting up your PIF, then you'll need to follow the two-step verification mentioned in the previous section. However, if you are updating an existing record, you'll be taken straight to the PIF.

Completing your PIF

Once you've confirmed your account, you'll be taken to your payout information form (PIF). You'll first be asked to complete your general information like your name, the currency you prefer your payout in, and if you're signing up as an individual or a company.

The next page will request your bank details and other information required to complete the transaction and get your payments to you. Information will vary depending on which country you're receiving the funds in. For instance, if your bank is in Sweden, the information you'll need to provide will be slightly different than for the United States (pictured below).

For any questions regarding your bank's information, contact your bank directly and they should be able to advise. If you have any other questions about Marketplace or podcast monetization, we have linked to several helpful resources below. And of course, don't hesitate to contact our support team with any other issues.
