We have rolled out the Payment Information Form on the Acast dashboard for podcasters, allowing you to update your payout details at any time. You’ll need to receive an invite to the Payment Information Form in order to update your bank details. 

If you haven’t received an email, reach out to support@acast.com and let us know which email address we should invite. NOTE - make sure this is the contact who handles finances for your show.

Once you have received the email invite you will need to complete the following steps.

  1. Redeem the link by clicking on “get started” or “log in here”.
  2. Create a login and 2 factor authentication (for security purposes).
  3. Fill out the details and click save.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation that the financial details have been updated. 

Now you’re all set!
