Here's how to invite someone to your account.

In the upper-right corner, click the account icon->manage users.

In the Advertiser dialog, click your advertiser account.

Click + Invite user button.

Add the email address of the user you want to invite and click Invite.

An email with instructions will now be sent to the email address you added.
