When the product was released in 2023 any “Owners” or “Admins” of a podcast network received the permission to use AdCollab.
If you wish to give other users access to AdCollab (for example, if you have a producer who should be notified of any upcoming sponsorship recording requirements), follow the procedure below.
You can grant access at the network level, which will allow the user to see and respond to briefs for any show in the network. You can alternatively grant access at the show level, which will only allow the user to see and respond to briefs for the show or shows they are assigned to.
Users granted access at the network level will receive notifications about briefs for all shows, whereas users granted access at the show level will only receive notifications about the shows they are granted access to. Therefore using the show-level permission can be helpful if you have people who only look after specific shows and don’t want notifications for shows they don’t care about.
