If you are not hosted by Spotify but would like to view your Spotify data, you can do so by claiming your show on Spotify for Podcasters:
Visit Spotify for Creators: Go to the Spotify for Creators portal.
Log In: Sign in with your existing Spotify account.
Add Your Show:
If you are new: Select "Find an existing show."
If you already have other shows: Click your Avatar (top right) > "Add a new show."
Select "Somewhere else": Choose this option specifically because your podcast is hosted on Acast (or another host) and not directly on Spotify.
Verify via RSS: Paste your Acast RSS feed link. Spotify will show a masked version of your email address (e.g.,
p***@gmail.com).Enter the 8-Digit Code: Check your email for the code and paste it into the box.
Note: If you don't see the email, ensure your "Owner Email" in your Acast settings is correct and not hidden.
Submit Metadata: Confirm your category, language, and country.
Done! Your Spotify dashboard will populate with Spotify-specific analytics (like listener demographics and music tastes) within 24 hours.
