How to submit your show
Step 1: Get your Acast RSS feed
Log in to your Acast dashboard.
Select your show and go to Settings.
Copy your RSS Feed URL (it looks like
https://feeds.acast.com/public/shows/your-show).
Step 2: Submit to the Broadcaster Portal
Go to the TuneIn Broadcaster Portal.
Enter your email address to receive a secure login passcode.
Once logged in, click Add a Podcast.
Paste your Acast RSS feed URL into the "RSS Feed" field.
Complete the remaining fields, including your Podcast Title, Category, and Language.
Review your information and click Submit.
Why is my feed showing as "Invalid"?
When submitting to TuneIn, you may occasionally see an error stating your Acast RSS feed is not valid. This usually happens because TuneIn’s internal validation tools are lagging behind the latest industry standards (such as the new Apple Podcasts tags that Acast uses).
If you encounter a validation error, do the following:
Reach out to TuneIn support or use the "Contact Us" link within the Broadcaster Portal.
Provide them with this specific message:
"My RSS feed is perfectly valid and conforms to the latest Apple Podcasts RSS standards. Please process my feed as-is for inclusion in the directory."
Done! TuneIn typically processes new shows within 3–5 business days. Once approved, your new episodes will automatically sync from Acast to TuneIn whenever you publish.
