How to move your show
Step 1. Create an account.
Create your account here, if you haven't already.
Step 2. Import your podcast
The first page you'll be brought to after creating your account will prompt you to Create New Show or Import existing Show.
If your podcast has already been submitted to Apple Podcasts, you can easily search for the podcast and select it for import.
Otherwise, you'll need to retrieve your RSS feed URL in the input field.
Step 3. Redirect your show
If you are a PodOmatic PRO member: The fastest way is via Live Chat. Log in to your PodOmatic dashboard and click the blue Chat icon. Tell the agent:
"I need to set up a 301 redirect for my show [Show Name]. My old feed is [Old URL] and my new Acast feed is [New Acast URL]."
If you are a Basic (Free) member: As of 2026, PodOmatic requires a $10 one-time fee to maintain a redirect on a free account.
Email care@podomatic.com or use the Chat icon to request a "301 Redirect Invoice."
Once you pay the $10 invoice, provide them with your new Acast RSS URL.
PodOmatic engineering will typically process the request within 3–5 business days.

Subject: RSS Feed Redirect Request - [Your Podcast Name]
Hello PodOmatic Support,
I am moving my podcast to Acast and need to implement a permanent 301 redirect.
Podcast Name: [Your Name] Current PodOmatic Feed: [Your Old Link] New Acast RSS Feed: [Your New Acast Link]
How to Confirm Your Redirect is Working
Open your web browser and enter the address of your old PodOmatic URL, and hit enter. If the redirect is working, you will be taken automatically to your new Acast feed URL.
If you are not taken to this new Acast feed URL, then wait ten minutes, clear your browser cache (or open in incognito/private mode) and try again.
Done!
Remember: it’s important that you keep your PodOmatic account for a month after switching to ensure that the redirect is successful.
