How to Create Your Marketplace Profile
Updated over a month ago

A well-crafted marketplace profile is key to connecting with the right brands and advertisers. By providing detailed and accurate information about your show and its hosts, you increase your chances of attracting relevant sponsorship opportunities.

Creating Your Marketplace Profile

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Navigate to your show via the Acast dashboard.

  2. Click on the Marketplace tab and select “Get Started”.

  3. Follow the prompts to enter essential details about your podcast, including sponsorship reads, seasonal themes, and social media handles.

  4. Once your show profile is set up, you’ll be prompted to create a host profile.

You can add multiple host profiles and update any information later. The more details you provide, the better your chances of connecting with relevant advertisers.

Tips for Making Your Profile Stand Out

  • Be Honest and Authentic:
Advertisers value transparency. Provide accurate and genuine details about your content, audience, and interests to ensure better matches with brands that align with your values.

  • Stay Relevant:
Keep your profile focused on your podcast’s themes and topics. Highlight what makes your show unique and why it’s a great fit for advertisers looking to engage your audience.

  • Update Regularly:
Refresh your profile every few months or whenever there are significant changes in your content, audience, or brand partnerships. An up-to-date profile increases your chances of securing meaningful sponsorships.

By following these best practices, you’ll enhance your marketplace profile and improve your chances of connecting with advertisers who align with your show and audience.
