Acast's marketplace profiles help creators connect with advertisers and sponsorship opportunities. Creating a detailed profile with key information about you and your content improves your chances of getting matched with the right brands and sponsorships!
What type of information is included in marketplace profiles?
The profile includes questions about your personal interests, lifestyle, brand preferences, social media presence, and location. You can also provide information about your show, such as the social media platforms you use, who records your sponsorship messages, and whether you create season themes for your episodes.
You can choose which questions to answer, but providing more details increases your chances of matching with advertisers.

What if I don't feel comfortable answering a question?
If you're unsure or uncomfortable with answering a particular question, no worries! You can skip any question on the profile form. Keep in mind, though, that adding more details increases your chances of being matched with advertisers who align with your content. You can always come back and update your profile later if you change your mind.
My show is not part of Acast’s marketplace, do I still need to complete my marketplace profile?
While it’s not mandatory to complete a marketplace profile if your show isn’t currently part of Acast’s marketplace, we highly recommend doing so. Creating a detailed profile increases your visibility to potential advertisers and improves your chances of securing relevant sponsorships. Additionally, joining the Acast marketplace connects you with thousands of advertisers, providing opportunities to monetize your podcast effectively. Can adding a profile guarantee that I will get sponsorships?
While adding a detailed profile increases your chances of being matched with relevant sponsors, it doesn't guarantee sponsorship bookings. Advertisers typically consider factors like download numbers, show topics, style, and host background. Growing your audience and creating engaging content remain key factors in securing sponsorships.
How can I delete my profile or specific information?
You can delete your profile or specific information at any time through the Acast CMS. Simply navigate to your show's Marketplace tab and choose to either remove specific details or delete your entire profile. Deleting your profile will remove your information from our database.
