Have you recently moved your show to Acast and utilized ad markers with your former hosting provider? We're happy to facilitate a smooth transfer of your ad markers to our platform. Simply obtain a timestamp export in the form of a CSV file from your previous host (see table below) by directly emailing their support team requesting this information. The CSV file must include the ad marker timestamps, episode titles, and episode GUIDs. You can download a template of the CSV file here.

After receiving the CSV containing your timestamps, upload it directly to us by clicking the button below. We will ensure your ad markers are seamlessly integrated onto the Acast platform and you can maintain the continuity of your ad marker positions without any hassle. Please note you must be part of the Acast Marketplace to migrate your ad marker positions.
