What is Tipalti?

Tipalti is our new payment platform for paying out our podcasters.

​Who is eligible for access to Tipalti?

Tipalti is available to all podcasters who are actively monetizing their podcasts with Acast.

Where do I log in to Tipalti?

You can login to the Tipalti Supplier Portal here.

Can I use my Acast account to log in to the Tipalti Supplier Portal?

No, the login credentials established for Tipalti are unique to that platform and cannot be used interchangeably with your Acast login information, as these are two separate systems.

How do I reset my Tipalti account password?

Visit the Tipalti Supplier Portal here and click the Forgot password? link to reset your password.

Do I still need to submit an invoice if I'm on self-billing?

Yes, if you are currently on self-billing and receive monthly statements, you will still need to submit an invoice to be paid.

When will I get paid?

How do I change my preferred payout method?

Log into the Tiplati Portal, click Payment Details from the sidebar, click Next at the bottom right, and then click Edit to modify your preferred payout method.

When choosing a payment method, be aware of the following options based on your location:

  • ACH (Automated Clearing House):

    • Domestic U.S. only

    • Direct transfers between U.S. bank accounts.

    • Low-cost, but available only within the U.S.

  • eCheck/Local Bank Transfer:

    • International payments

    • Transfers made to local banks in other countries.

    • Cost-effective for international transfers, minimizing fees.

    • Includes SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) for transfers within Europe.

  • Wire Transfer:

    • Global availability

    • Comes with a fee of $20 per transaction, making it more expensive compared to other methods.

How do I change my account details?

Log into the Tiplati Portal, click Payment Details from the sidebar, and then click Edit to change your account information and details.

How do I change my login email address?

To change the email address used to login to Tipalti, please contact podpayment@acast.com with details of your request.

How can I view my ongoing revenue in Tipalti?

Tipalti only showcases your payout history and does not provide visibility into ongoing revenue. To view an estimate of the accrued revenue your show has generated, please visit your Revenue Dashboard and refer to this learn article for more details.

How quickly will I receive my payment after it’s processed through Tipalti?

Payout times vary based on the selected payment method, but Tipalti aims to process all payments as swiftly as possible. Please also review this article for more details on how Acast process payouts.
