How do I listen to the membership feed? 👂

If your preferred podcast app supports private RSS feeds, you can add your Acast+ feed and start listening. You can also add your Acast+ feed to popular podcast apps such as Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Overcast, Downcast, and Pocketcasts with just one click.

  1. Login to your Acast+ account, click Listen in podcast app.

  2. You'll be taken to a page where you can select the app of your choice.

  3. Add your private Acast+ feed to any of the listed apps with just one click

  4. Additionally, you can manually add your feed by copying the listed URL that you find at the bottom of the screen and subscribing to it in your podcast app of choice.

  5. ENJOY your membership! You will now receive the latest Acast+ exclusive content directly within your app of choice.

I am not able to login and view my content 👀

When you first signed up, which method of login did you use?

For instance, if you created your account using an Apple ID login, you'll need to use that method moving forward. Attempting to use another login provider (say, your Google account or email address and password), you will see a message saying "You have no content".

Login is case sensitive

Please note that plus.acast.com has a case-sensitive login. If when you signed up you capitalized or didn't capitalize the first letter of your email address, you'll need to sign in with the correct capitalization moving forward.

Resetting your password

Please note that you are only able to reset your password if you created the account with email + password. If you are using Google or Apple as login method, you need to reset the password on their platforms.

If you're still unable to log into your account, try changing your password by clicking "Forgot Password?". Here you will be prompted for your email address. If you don't see an email within a few minutes, please check your spam. Remember, our system is case-sensitive. Therefore, you may not receive an email if the wrong capitalization was made in resetting your password.

How do I cancel my Acast+ subscription? 👋

We understand that circumstances change. That's why if you need to cancel your plan, simply head to plus.acast.com/memberships.

Please note: If your dashboard is showing no membership or 'no active content' this is usually due to logging in with a different ID then was used at setup (e.g. Email login vs Apple ID). You can find more information here.

Canceling your membership

  1. Sign in on your account via plus.acast.com.

  2. You can cancel your membership by clicking on "Cancel membership" and following the prompts.

  3. Hit cancel and confirm the cancelation.

  4. When canceling your membership, you'll continue to have access to your bonus content until the end of the billing cycle. The date will be displayed within your members dashboard.

Bonus episodes are not appearing in my app?

Acast+ creators sometimes offer different kinds of tiers, such as archive-only or access to new episodes by early access.

If you have an active subscription, make sure that you have signed up to the correct one that is giving you access to new episodes.
