When you first signed up, which method of login did you use?
For instance, if you created your account using an Apple ID login, you'll need to use that method moving forward. Attempting to use another login provider (say, your Google account or email address and password), you will see a message indicating there are "You have no content".
Login is case sensitive
plus.acast.com has a case-sensitive login. If when you signed up you capitalized or didn't capitalize the first letter of your email address, you'll need to sign in with the correct capitalization moving forward.
Resetting your password
If you're still unable to log into your account, try changing your password by clicking "Forgot Password?". here you will be prompted for your email address. If you don't see an email within a few minutes, please check your spam. Remember, our system is case-sensitive. Therefore, you may not receive an email if the wrong capitalization was made in resetting your password.
