Choose your analytics level
This is where you can select the network, show and dates you want to see in the dashboard below. You can select multiple networks or shows at once. What you see depends on your User Management access. If you have show-level access, you won't see network-level data.
Live listens
See live estimates for today's listens and views, updated throughout the day. Views appear for shows with video on Apple Podcasts. A last-synced time tells you when they were last refreshed.
These estimates show up before they land in your validated data the next day and are subject to change.
Performance overview
The overview cards at the top give you headline stats for the shows or networks you manage. They're the quickest way to see how things are going.
Below the cards, you'll find a graph and table of your content performance. You can choose the Network, Show or Episode tab to see and compare this data at different levels of granularity.
Compare side by side
Put your content next to each other to see how it stacks up.
Multi-network: compare stats across the networks you manage.
Multi-show: compare shows side by side, from the same network or different ones.
Multi-episode: compare episodes side by side, from the same show or totally different shows and networks.
You can compare anything you have access to, even across networks.
Performance by app
At show and episode level, click the + button to see listens and views by app.
Audio and video together
If your show has video on Apple Podcasts, you can see audio downloads and video views side by side. This works at every level. The video breakdown covers Apple Podcasts video only. Audio-only shows won't see video sections.
Post-launch comparison
Find this under the Episodes tab. This data reflect each episode's totals in the first 7 or 30 days of publication, allowing to compare performance at the same stage of the lifecycle.
The graph selects your five most recent episodes by default. Tick the box next to any episode to add it.
Switch between the first seven days and the first 30 days after release. It's a handy way to see which episodes performed best and plan accordingly.
