I am getting an error message, "you are not authorized to access this page"?
Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest available version. This can resolve the error message where it says you are not authorized to access the page, if you have no previous issues with accessing your podcast dashboard.
If your browser is updated to the latest version, you could also have been invited by someone where the correct permissions have been added. For example, if you have been invited as Creator, you will not have access to the analytics page for the show.
I am not getting the password restoration email?
Make sure that you are requesting a new password from the podcaster login page, open.acast.com, by clicking "Forgotten password?". An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email you have specified, so check your email inboxes as well as spam since it sometimes end up there.
