Updated over a week ago

What is Podcastle?

Acast has teamed up with Podcastle, which is a free and easy-to-use audio creation platform that helps podcasters create and edit production-quality podcasts in seconds.

Features include:

  • Recording

  • Audio editing

  • Interviewing

  • Auto leveling

  • and even more

Reasons why we chose to team up with Podcastle:

  • The free tier gives you all you need to get started.

  • The easy to use interface means you don’t need to know anything about recording or editing to be able to create a podcast episode.

  • It’s a web application, no need to download software to your computer.

How do I get started?

To start using Podcastle with Acast please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to their service from your episodes page by simply clicking 'New episode' and you will see the option to 'Record and edit audio file'.

2. From here you can open the link to Podcastle's free recording service.

3. Create an account on Podcastle and then record and edit your episode.

4. To ensure good-quality audio, make sure to export and then download the file, before coming back to Acast to upload your episode.

Happy podcasting!
