After verifying the data we are not seeing any losses, and you are seeing your actual data from those days in Insights.

First of all, we are deeply grateful for your patience while we are working this out. The teams are working hard to restore data.

The data from the two previous days (September 15 and 16 2021) will be available later than normal. Please note that we are not expecting any data losses from this operation. As this maintenance affects all our systems, we will not be able to provide any data outside Insights during this time frame.

We will provide an update as soon as the data is available in Insights again.

Data from September 15 2021 is still being processed and we are expecting to have the data (along with data from September 16 2021) available at 6PM CET September 17 2021.
