Analytics: Realtime Earnings

Track your estimated earnings by show, campaign type and advertiser

Realtime Earnings shows what your content has earned through the Acast Marketplace, day by day.

Note: Realtime Earnings shows you when the revenue was earned (i.e. the day the impression landed). The Payouts tab shows you when the revenue was paid out.

As there are various lengths of processing periods (especially for programmatic revenue), revenue that was earned and appears in RT Earnings this month, may not specifically appear in Payouts next month.

Who can see it

Realtime Earnings is only visible to users with the relevant permissions; Revenue Analyst role on network level, Network Owner or Network Admin. If you can't see it, you may ask for your permissions to be updated by your network admin.

What’s included

Only revenue from the Acast Marketplace appears here. Campaigns you sell yourself aren’t included.

You’ll see one network at a time. To switch, click the network name at the top left.

Understanding your earnings estimates

By default, the dashboard shows the current month, from the 1st up to yesterday. Use the date filter to choose another range, back to the start of 2025.

  • Totals: estimated earnings and impressions for your network and dates

  • Earnings graph: daily earnings, so you can spot trends and spikes

  • Show performance: how each show contributes to your network’s earnings

  • Campaign types: earnings across six categories: Ads, Programmatic, Sponsorships, Branded Content, Social and Other

  • Top advertisers: which brands spent the most with your content

  • Campaigns: every campaign linked to your shows, with filters and sorting

Impressions exclude campaigns that aren’t paid per impression.

Download your data

Click Download at the top right and choose your shows and dates. Then pick from four reports: shows, campaign types, advertisers and individual campaigns. Reports will be downloaded as separate csv files.

Remember

  • These are estimates: Data refreshes daily, and figures are generally finalized at the start of the next month.

  • Some campaigns don’t have estimates: This includes cost per acquisition campaigns and ad-free listens on Amazon apps.

  • Some campaign times take longer to pay out: Once paid, they will appear in the Payouts tab.
