How to get your show on Podtoppen

The steps for Norwegian podcasters to get listed in the Podtoppen ranker.

Updated over a week ago

Podcasts hosted on Acast are open to be submitted to Podtoppen, the Norwegian ranker. Your listens and unique listens will be displayed on a weekly basis on Podtoppen. To make sure that we only send listening stats for podcasters that want to display their listens publicly, we ask you to confirm that you want us to send your statistics to Podtoppen.

To get listed, you can submit your show through this form to start the process.

FAQ

Can I submit a show I don't own?

You cannot add a podcast you do not own, this is only for your own podcast. But you are able to submit multiple shows that you own.

My numbers differ from what is seen on Acast?

Note that the numbers displayed on Podtoppen may differ slightly from the numbers displayed on Acast, something which Podtoppen is aware of and is trying to fix. Consider the Acast numbers a more accurate representation of your stats at this time.

Do I have to pay anything?

It is free to be displayed on Podtoppen – this may however change in two years, but we’ll update you in good time if this is the case. Until then, it’s free.

How long does it take to display my show?

We will register new shows twice a month, when this has been done we will automatically send in your numbers for each week. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for your show to be visible from when your show was submitted through the form.
